If you need parts, this is the place to go. If they don't have it, they know how to get it. Puts most other electronics stores to shame.

I have been going to Baynesville Electronics since 1995. They have managed to maintain excellent service and have a large number of discrete electronic parts as well.

I wasn't 10 steps in the door and without even asking I was pointed to exactly where I needed to go. I found my parts and was out the door with the right stuff in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend.

Great place to find electronics needs with people/employees knowledgeable of the products they sell and willing to educate you whenever you need more information. So sad they are out of business. Thank you for the excellent service Paul and Tish.

I have bean going hear for about 10 years now. They always have the things I need on such short notice. The prices are a bit high, but hey I understand the need for convenience and Business. I will always continue to go hear on a have to need basis.

UPDATE: Unfortunately, Baynesville has gone out of business. Of course, this is sad but was probably inevitable. They were one of last/best independent electronics-enthusiasts hobby shops with an incredibly knowledgeable and helpful staff; I'm guessing they finally succumbed to Internet competition as well as the Microcenter down the street (who's service has noticably declined -- at least I'm my personal experience -- since Baynesville's closing). They will be missed by many, though clearly not enough. Baynesville is probably one of the few true "electronics" (ie., electronic components) retail stores still around, and the staff (usually the owners) are pretty knowledgeable about their inventory. If you have a hobby that involves the use of a soldering iron, they are definitely worth checking out.

This may be one of the last electronics (parts) stores around today. It's a bit far for me when I need something at the last minute, but I stop in when I'm in Towson for supplies like solder wick, heat shrink tubing and other odds and ends. This placed has saved my butt a few times. No wholesale prices, but it's a brick and mortar store. Very helpful staff that knows what they're doin! If you're into electronics stop by!

They are a true electronic parts store. I love to go there when I need something to fix or finish a project. Plus I get some better Ideas. Unfortunately I was there today and they are going out of business. I will truly miss them.
